Terms & Conditions
1.All Personal Training packages must be paid up front and in full at time of purchase.
2.Personal Training shall be conducted on a one-on-one basis or virtual, depends on which package that clients purchase.
3.When you are in the program with Personal Trainer, we advise that you exercise at least 2 to 3 times per week for the best results.
4.To ensure a smooth training schedule you must book your appointment with the Personal Trainer in advance within a minimum of 24 hours notice.
5.The Personal Trainer strive to help all clients to achieve their goals and manage available service hours accordingly. In unexpected circumstances which may cause you to cancel your scheduled Personal Training appointment, you must give Personal Trainer notice as soon as possible.
6.Purchased Personal Training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
