This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Please stop using this medication if you are experiencing these symptoms and conditions.
Twynsta Drug Interactions
Drug to drug interaction reaction of Twynsta varies from a person to another person. It is advisable to check with your doctor about all the possible drug interactions before starting the medication.
- Aliskiren
- Digoxin
- Lithium
- Steroid
- NSAID
- Ramipril
- Simvastatin

Alcohol Warning( Not Advisable )
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet. Taking Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet with alcohol may worsen the side effects of Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet such as headache, dizziness and visual disturbance. Furthermore, Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet is metabolised in the liver and alcohol consumption leads to a risk of liver damage.Avoid drinking alcohol. It can further lower your blood pressure and may exaggerate some of the side effects of Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet.

The benefits of using Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet among pregnant women outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor. The use of Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet is not recommended in the first trimester and it is not allowed during the second and third trimester. It is proved that Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet will exert toxic effects on the human foetus during the second and third trimester.
