This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet. Taking Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet with alcohol may worsen the side effects of Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet such as headache, dizziness and visual disturbance. Furthermore, Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet is metabolised in the liver and alcohol consumption leads to a risk of liver damage.Avoid drinking alcohol. It can further lower your blood pressure and may exaggerate some of the side effects of Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet.
