This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Alcohol Warning( Not Advisable )
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Exforge 10/160mg Tablet. Taking Exforge 10/160mg Tablet with alcohol may worsen the side effects of Exforge 10/160mg Tablet such as headache, dizziness and visual disturbance. Furthermore, Exforge 10/160mg Tablet is metabolised in the liver and alcohol consumption leads to a risk of liver damage.It is not advisable to take alcohol with Exforge 10/160mg Tablet as it would worsen the adverse reactions such as dizziness, headache, and nausea.

 

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Exforge 10/160mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits of using Exforge 10/160mg Tablet among pregnant women outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor. Exforge 10/160mg Tablet is likely to be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Studies have shown positive evidence of human fetal risk. However, in certain conditions, the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
